In regards to certain words written in the Novel...

You can all relax. >!Lena writing something in honor of Shinei is military speak for being retired. He is most definitely not dead. He is alive. He is just retired from military service. He will not die in the finale, so you can all calm down.!< I am sure of it.

I just started reading volume 14 and am not worried about the ending at all now

The author spent 2 whole segments in the prologue on Boob jokes. Just a bunch of words talking about breasts. If he can waste half the prologue on breasticles, he can write Alices wedding with Iska.

Obviously, the thing with Talisman was quite creepy, but it was immediately followed by Rin and Kissing comparing their boobs.

Poor Mizerhyby though. I am also quite confidant that I am the only reader who can pronounce her name at all.

Will keep reading later. I am curently allowed to read at work temporarily, because we have nothing to do right now.

I hope I get to read more about Iskas inner thoughts. The last few volumes mainly focused on the Nebulis girls. I need Iskas perspective. It is very difficult to determine what he's thinking when we are not privy to his inner monologue.

When does everyone think will we finally get the trailer for the next Remaster?

Arise is coming out on Switch 2 in a few days.

Summer game fest will be next month.

The rumored Nintendo Direct is supposedly also next month.

Not to mention maybe a state of Play for Summer game Fest.

There is also the wildcard of a random tuesday dropping the trailer on us.

Which event will it be? A Summer game fest event in June or a random Tuesday?

Take your pick.

I realized what the town exploration in Kyoto Xanadu reminded me of

It reminds me of Valkyrie Profile!

Specifically Valkyrie Profile 2 Silmeria!

So Kyoto Xanadu is a Metroidvania RPG with exploration like in Valkyrie Profile.

I don't know how many of you know or even heard of Valkyrie Profile. It is really good. Deals heavily with Norse mythology. I like Silmeria in her game. Silmerias game is really hard though and new game+ makes it even harder.

Tales of Symphonia: Knight of Ratatosk is actually a great game, but nobody appreciates it for what it actually is

The game is a bridge that enables the plot of Phantasia.

Emil and Marta are great characters. Tenebrae exists.

Emil is mentally ill and very relatable. At least to me after I realized I was dealing with severe mental illness myself for the majority of my early life.

I love the music. The Wilderness of Sadness is legit one of the best Final Boss themes in the series. I also love that Image song the game has. That one Japanese Image Song that isn't the opening as far as I remember. I believe it is by Misono.

The plot is also not an actual Symphonia Sequel, as I said. It bridges the story so that Phantasia can happen. Due to what Ratatosk does at the end.

I hope it gets Remastered soon as well. I played this on the Wii and thus my main problem was the controls. I also find it funny how Emil opens doors. He does it like his hands are magical.

I reall love Tenebrae. His dynamic with everyone is great. I wish the other Centurions talked as well.

Tales of the Abyss: What do you think would have happened at Akzeriuth if...

...Luke did have the foresight to wait for the others instead of just going with what Van wanted?

I was thinking about this and concluded that Van would probably just drop all pretenses and use our boy as a hostage to force Ion to open the seal on the Sephiroth tree.

He was planning to dispose of Luke anyway, so I can absolutely see him taking hostages when he is so close to his goal.

The more I think about Van, the more he seems like absolute scum. At least the stuff involving Luke and Asch makes him scummy. Poor boys.

I just noticed today that the music was made by the Golden Sun Composer and I really love Golden Sun. And the other reason is that I am just very interested in the whole dynamic of Veigue and his girlfriend, because he apparently keeps screaming her name so often and I want to be in on the memes. I do hope we get Rebirth someday soon. The other old games as well. I am so excited to hear the music.
