Why? Just why?
Why can't I place a bookshelf is this exact position even though it worked without any problems in the other room which is an exact copy of the one I'm trying to furnish right now?

Newbie with a question
I have two (2) oil wells ("A" & "B") connected to a single (1) oil refinery. Both lines have the exact same train design traveling along it and the exact same train stations. But for some (to me) unknown reason oil well "B" doesn’t produce nearly as much crude oil as oil well "A". Oil well "B" also produces much slower than oil well "A".
Any idea what could be wrong if there even is something wrong with it.

Planetary naming conventions?
Just wanted to ask my fellow xenophiles and xenophobes how y'all name your planets. So far I've pretty much always used the planets name as the name for the colony (i.e. a colony on Sirius III would also be named Sirius III) but I want to mix it up a bit but can't think of any good naming conventions.
