I already know about confidentiality and everything, but I really need help. How can I talk about this without being sent to the mental hospital again? I have urges to hurt someone, I have THOUGHT about a plan, and I have a specific person. All of those are red flags that will get me into trouble when trying to discuss this topic. How can we talk it through, how can I get help with this without being sent back to the mental hospital? I keep getting sent in to the hospital and I'm staying there for weeks at a time each round I go. I want to stay out of the hospital and get help. The hospitals don't help, I just lie and say I don't think about it anymore so I can get out. Any help is welcome, thank you!

Hello, I was recently in the mental hospital and we were watching The Muppet Show on Disney plus, and there was a song in the first season that I absolutely love. It was song in three different languages and I know it started with a male actor singing "Welcome" to the muplets in a fancy dinning area. It was one of the first episodes too, we watched five episodes in the first season so I know for a fact it was in the beginning season. I believe it was one of the last songs in the episode, I can't remember the exact episode number though. The guy was white, tall, and skinny, he had brown curly hair, and wore a tux from what I remember. Any help would be appreciated because I really like the song and it's been stuck in my head all day!! Thank you in advance.
