Honestly both seem possible. Some may study python coz they wanna enrichen their knowledge.. Some may say C coz thats the base for c++.. Idk let's see.
I knew that the cut-off for itr 1 would sorta rise coz of the josaa thing,wasnt expecting it to rise that much. Oh well,nth we can do now.The rest is same as title.
I got like 20xx rank and got ECE in Main Campus. I didnt realise how expensive the fees were going to be. I knew they were gonna be high,but this high? Def not. Well ig it's time to go to a college which is less expensive than this ig. All i can say is that all the best for future rounds.
Just curious ngl,coz i'm not the best at even python,even tho ik basics. Is it true that for everything,including mechanical, python,c,c++ has to be known? Python and c are related but ok ig..
For those who wrote advanced,i knew it was gonna be bad. You know why? COZ EVERY SINGLE EXAM WENT TOUGH/BAD. From JEE Mains,to bitsat little bit and now it isnt a surprise that adv cutoff increased by 20 marks. Ok whatever,birla ji PLEASE ISTG DONT MESS WITH BITSAT COUNSELLING THATS OUR ONLY HOPE NOW.
Well my slot was 1 pm to 2 pm. Panel 5 i think it was. A sir and a madam was there. Got 86% in boards and 96.5 percentile in JEE.I was asked the questions as follows.
3.What do u think abt teamwork? why is it essential in today's world?
4.JEE Percentile
5.If u got a Tier 2 NIT/IIIT and SNU both,which will u choose?(was asked this coz of jee percentile)
Overall questions which i had expected only.Nothing out of the box.Idrc how this one went.Coz i know i will be called for another interview which is based on JEE Mains anyways. BITS also scored decently. We'll see what happens.

My interview's on 27th. Like everyone,gonna go expecting nothing. I did relatively okayish in JEE Mains and got around 96.5ish percentile,gave adv as well. I got a mail today saying that jee based shortlists are gonna be emailed soon.I wanna know how that's gonna be like for ECE branch if anyone knows.Obv there's gonna be a lot of people applying,but not as much as Manipal,that's for sure.
2.I'm pretty sure that all IIIT's,be it Tier 1 or 2 or 3 have a positive and negative side to them. Considering all of that,compared to private exams like VITEEE,are the placements worth for branches like ECE and CSE? Im personally from South India,but i have no problems with coming North.
3.Extra question coz im from South,what is the ratio of South Indian vs North Indian students if anyone knows.obv not expecting much,but we'll see.
