i5 14600k vs i7 14700f

My system has an RX 9070 XT, ASRock B760M Pro Rs d4 motherboard, XPG D50 3200mhz 32gb (8gbX4) DDR4, 850W MSI A850GL, Deepcool LE520 AIO, I mostly use my system for gaming(AAA and competitive, specifically valorant) and editing for casual use sometimes, what would be a better pick for me if both are roughly the same price. I am upgrading from an i5 12400f.

Power limit for i5 14600k + RX 9070 XT on 650W PSU

My PC has an i5-12400F, RX 9070 XT, and 32 gb DDR4, Asrock b760m pro rs d4 mb. The i5-12400F slightly bottlenecks in CPU-demanding games. I want to upgrade that to a 14600k, but the problem is if I upgrade, I have a 650-watt power supply, which is barely able to handle this setup. So, is there something I can do so that I can upgrade the CPU now to a 14600K and then later upgrade the power supply, Like limiting my components' power draw. I want to buy the cpu now because I am getting a good deal.

The QD-OLED Magenta Tint problem is so exaggerated!!

I was sceptical about getting a qd oled monitor because of the magenta tint issue people keep talking about online, I am paying for perfect black and I don't want it to look magenta. But in my budget there were only qd oled monitors and no woleds so I had to go with it and I am glad I did, because the issue is barely detected even when my room is in its brightest setting, here I have turned on all the lights and I do this only when I am studying, where I don't even need perfect blacks. It is a significant issue only if I open all the windows during the day, which I almost never do even when I was using my ips as the main. So, if you are not sitting with the sun or studio lights shining directly at your monitor, you'd love qd oled. Btw, mine is the msi mag 271qpx e2. Also, the tint is actually greyish if the lighting is on the cooler side and magenta only when it is warm.
