wish me luck! Ik its safe, but ocd still has me geeking a bit lol
I will be in a church cabin in the woods with my family members (horror movie ass sentence, ik) for about a week. I'm excited- a free place to crash, seeing family, etc. I am also terrified, as I am currently getting my ass kicked by bulimia. I b/p several times a day. I live with my mother, who knows, but I will be in the cabin with my mother, sister, and nephew. I know I can't b/p there, with them, but idk how I will be able to avoid it. I can't drive or anything, idk what to do 🥲
Ocd been beating my ass lately, as such I have been utilizing my PERSCRIBED klonopin more. I am still taking it AS PERSCRIBED, not abusing it in anyway. It helps with the evils and curses (ocd). Unfortunately, I have developed a new theme that is directly related to the klonopin- fear of brain damage, accidental addiction, brain damage, and more brain damage. Not looking for reassurance/support (I already got it from both my therapist and my psychiatrist lol) just venting about the nature of ocd- of course it tries to attack the one thing that can fight it :/
hiii :) I haven't used reddit in ages, but recently I've been feeling kinda lonely with the whole ocd thing (especially post graduation) and was just hoping to find some ppl who might want to chat (abt ocd or abt anything, really). Dm me if you want a non-judgemental ocd kinfolk to yap with
