Cant find homebrew channel on tiramisu
I got a second hand Wii U a few months ago today I noticed it also has tiramisu other than aroma but first of all it randomly boots to it randomly just boots to aroma when I choose it in the selector menu it gives a black screen with a repeating loop of the boot jingle and sometimes when I reboot reboots to tiramisu ot just aroma when I do get in the health and safety menus work but theres no homebrew channel and of I open the mii maker it just boots normally without the homebrew channel any ways to fix it without a pc or is there a trustable app on pc to read Wii U sd cards/usbs?

Is the connector in the back of my Wii U fine?
At this point I guess I’m Wii U less no matter what it wont open up after moving powers supply the supply seems fine and I can’t find any replacements new nor second hand in my country and my country currently does not allow international shipping either so I don’t know what to do…
