Is that… allowed? I’m not gonna tell on anyone or get anyone in trouble, just bummed I didn’t get one of the last things I wanted bc it was on sale. i am having really bad urges and am having thoughts of hurting myself but i am asking for help because i don’t want to hurt myself. I need help being talked down

For context, I’m almost 400 pounds 5’7, I obviously was eating my maintenance + more, probably around 3k-4k calories a day, so I wasn’t gaining or losing as I’ve been exercising with walking and PT exercises. I have gone down to 1500 calories because I want to get my health and weight under control but I know it can be dangerous to lose too much too fast - should I be slowly lowering my calories intake? Is a 2k+ calorie reduction too much at once?

I asked for a live rosin .5g cart and the budtender said they didn’t have any that looked good on the menu. That’s fine, but why are they selling product that can’t/shouldn’t be smoked? I was told I could purchase it anyway (I didn’t, it was quite literally the color of RSO), and was offered a distillate instead which I declined bc I’m not looking for a distillate cart.. Anyone know of good brands that have good live rosin/(will do resin if i have to) carts?
