I'm trying to improve my UX skills and so I made a website that runs entirely clientside that should replace commonly searched tools that are usually behind subscriptions, ads, credits or that don't work as intended. The website is https://localhub.cc, I choose this project because it potentially needs different UX for different tools, so it's great to improve my skills. I'm not searching for any promotion, as I will never monetize from this, nothing is sent anywhere and everything works in your browser without an account (you can't create one even if you want to), it can be even used offline. If you could give feedbacks on general UI/UX and tool specific, they would be greatly appreciated.

Quanto sarei scimmia? Si trova ai minimi delle 52 settimane, ma mi sembra che anche con l'ai, Adobe possa mantenere il monopolio se integra bene la gen AI. Anche il PE non è mai stato così basso, inoltre è una grossa porzione del portfolio di Trump.

The pricing is insane, not every programmer has access to US salaries, this is straight up unusable. One request amounted 20$ to me, and it was just a normal task, with a normal model, don't tell me to use 0.33 ones because they only make me waste time.

Ciao a tutti da mesi, chiunque intorno a me stia comprando casa continua a ripetermi: "I soldi del broker sono i meglio spesi", "Senza consulente la banca non mi avrebbe mai dato il mutuo" ecc.

Mi domando quanto ci sia di vero e quanto si tratti di uno skill issue o di una paura infondata della burocrazia.

Ritengo di avere una discreta cultura finanziaria e fatico a comprendere come un consulente esterno possa influenzare le procedure di una banca. I criteri non dovrebbero essere puramente matematici e prestabiliti?

Non ho ancora iniziato a fare il giro delle banche di persona, ma domando: È possibile muoversi in totale autonomia se si ha una situazione finanziaria lineare e si sa cosa si sta firmando? Quali sono state le vostre esperienze in merito?

Are they gonna try an acquisition? What could be the reason?
