Is this not weird??

I keep getting these videos from time to time, I personally don’t own hamsters but I do own other small rodents. What are people’s thoughts on this, I see some people saying that “it’s harmless” but wouldn’t this stress out a hamster or any small animal? And it’s multiple different people I see posting such things.

I love how nice the gerbil community is.

With how the internet can be, it’s honestly so nice that the gerbil community is always so nice and supportive. I’m glad there’s nice people on here who genuinely want to help others with their gerbils without giving judgement or being rude.

What’s the highest quality food for gerbils?

I’ve tried a couple different options of food for my girls and idk how I feel about them of course I tried oxbow and quickly switched off of that and then I tried a different brand and it was okay, my girls are pretty picky so what food should I give them? (I don’t want to keep switching and switching as I don’t want to hurt them or anything) I’ve tried doing some research and it seems like people are suggesting multiple different things. I know some people said they have a feeding system where they give their gerbs veggies on a certain day of the week and pellets and seeds on another. My gerbils are currently a healthy weight and have no issues currently but I just want to lengthen their quality of life as much as I can. Anyways here’s one of my girls

Blame the parents not the generation

I’m tired of hearing that younger generations are dumb or doomed, when in reality it’s the parents fault. The only reason why our younger generations are doomed is because of others and their parenting styles, the iPads, lack of socialization, lack of preparation for the future. Gentle parenting is a joke, now I don’t agree with harsh discipline at all but I do think parents and future parents seriously need to get smacked back into reality and parent better. I see so many posts and discussions of teachers talking about how their high school students are at a middle school reading level. Stop blaming the generation and blame the parents!

Just my opinion guys!

Gerbil bald spot

I woke up this morning to feed my gerbils and found that my one gerbils has a bald spot, I don’t know when or how she got it, I was holding her yesterday and didn’t notice it, that could just be me being dumb though, she’s one of my more shy gerbils, so I don’t hold her as much because she can get stressed. I feel like an idiot right now for not noticing sooner. What could it be from??

Where should I get cotton underwear?

This might sound like a question I should save for google, but I really need the advice, I just started working out and need breathable underwear. Any recommendations would be really helpful.

Is this still safe?

I tried sanitizing my gerbils wood and burnt it, this may be a stupid question but I rather be safe than sorry. Is it still safe? It’s not super burnt or anything but I don’t want to possibly get my gerbils sick.
