I don’t know if I can actually do anything but my friend (20s F, gonna call her Jane) and her friend (20s M, gonna call him John) are getting harassed by multiple male coworkers and their manager. With them saying things like “why did you and John call out on the same day?” “Yall shouldn’t be calling out together to fuck” and taking digs at them constantly. Harassing both of them - telling John “I didn’t think Jane was your type.” They’ve both been made extremely uncomfortable by it and the manager has wrongly fired people before. The manager even told a different coworker to go home because they weren’t working fast enough due to having a disability. People who have spoken to HR either haven’t been taken seriously due to “lack of proof” or they’ve been fired, which I’m pretty sure is illegal. They’ve are scared to speak up without proof so they are trying to secretly take videos or voice notes but so far have been unsuccessful. What can she do? What happens if she gets fired? Is there anywhere she can call to get an inspection?

Notes: Jane and John have never hung out, outside of work before. The claims are purely assumption based.
The workplace is a non-profit religious organization. Not sure if that affects any legal proceedings that can be taken.

I finally got myself to a comfortable spot to start investing but I feel like i missed out on the tech party. Is it even worth it investing in AMD, intel, anthropic, etc with rumors of the AI bubble bursting? I’m looking for short term growth with stock buying (3-5 yrs) while my long terms sit in my maxed out Roth and 401k, but I’m not sure if I should be placing my bets on stocks that have already grown so much in even the past 3 months with a bubble on the horizon, or if I should trust the growth and go for it. Anyone just getting started now and have similar concerns? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.
