The white membrane surrounding stem under the caps. Is that the veil that tore ? If so where are all the purple messy spores ? Or did I harvest before the veils tore ? Or are the tan color gills actually the veils ? Did I harvest early ?

I'm newbie. Cloned from tissue. Can't beat the condensation. Few transfers all had bacteria. Then put in non nutritional agar only and came out rhizomorohic . The last transfer agar and malt , dish been upside down since agar hardened. Paranoid about bacteria. Seams clean ?
Wanna transfer to grain .

You guys think it's good for grain ? I'm concerned that the agar gel still has bacteria, but looks.clean even though water droplets still on lid .
