should i leave my voluntary internship?

organizational comms student in my 2nd internship rn, in human resources for an insurance firm... masaya naman ako at first na i got in cuz it looks like its difficult to get in and i'm working with a lot of masipag na voluntary interns din

all of us are under this one mentor who i have yet to hear from formally pa :/ i dont know if its normal for senior interns to onboard you instead of your mentor but they've become more of my bosses and i noticed that the mentor herself just asks for results or asks if we've hired anybody na .... which is kinda odd to me cuz i was expecting to learn more about handling admin & clerical work (and improving processes for my seniors). we hire and post job opportunities and invite them to orientations that happen at night that you have to attend to check if the people you hired are actually there (sigh)

idk if choosy lang ako but the working hours last until 10 pm, and the expectation is mas active ka from 12 noon until 10pm, cuz thats when everyone else is active... but i feel like its contradictory to the "work on your own time" thing they're promoting. parang kailangan na on ka all the time, and its draining me :/. i have multiple readings per week for four majors and i was hoping to work during the day since i study better at night, pero wala. i've got orgs i care for like volunteering for events/workshops and art advocacy stuff and i'm scared i'll be pulled away from those too

and medyo dumb but i also got kinda tricked?? dun sa job posting kasi they advertised na we'd only have to work a min of 200 hours on our own time pero pagdating ko biglaang 300 pala, and announced on the whim by our mentor pa :/ medyo nakukulangan ako sa professionalism pero sige keri naman. hindi ko alam kung puwede mag change ng ganong required hours kaagad without due process pero sige. but even if we work on our own terms ayon nga my mentor wants results quickly. i dont know if i can sustain meeting their expectations all the time at unhealthy working hours

lastly i also feel bad about what we're tasked to do kasi parang di siya nag-aalign sa dream career ko ;__; but its something i also wanted to try for more opportunities in the future because i do care about org processes and listening to peoples' needs. its unpaid pa, and i think id rather do something unpaid that im happy with rather than something unpaid to expand my options :/

sorry ang haba but tl:dr just miserable, told to work ungodly hours and yield high results even though they promote working at your own time, mentor kinda absent and carried by senior interns, should i quit or see where this goes?

PGH Consult for Students

Hello! Are the psychiatric consults at PGH applicable for college students din? I saw on their registration website (OCRA) na kailangan ng PhilHealth ID and MDR which I don't really have lol. I'd rather much keep my parents out of this and I don't want to let them know that I'm planning to register for this so any answers would be appreciated. Thank you so much!
