Low charging speed

Can anyone help shed some light on an issue I'm having with my charging speed?

I've just taken delivery of my new Tesla Model Y and plugged it in to make sure everything works. However, the max speed I'm getting is just under 4 kW.

My Ohme Home Pro says its max charge current is 32A, but the car shows it's only receiving 16A. If I manually change the car's setting to 32A, it immediately drops back down to 16A once charging starts and won't let me select anything higher.

I don't have an EV tariff yet (I'm in the middle of switching) so there are no schedules set up. I just wanted to test it on max charge to put some juice in. Am I doing something wrong?

Adaptive cruise control

In my current car I have adaptive cruise control and lane assist, two systems to engage.

On the premium model Y, does the basic auto pilot which comes as part of the package have adaptive cruise control and, does it disengage when you change lanes, I have read conflicting information.

Thank you

Long awaiting deliveries and rolling dates

While many of us await delivery of our orders, some of which have been on order for several months (which generally isn't a problem with other suppliers), the dates were given keep being pushed back without any actual correspondence from Tesla themselves.

Given this poor communication has anyone heard whether there will be any potential compensation, such as free supercharger millage etc?

Iv ordered new cars before and had longer waits but the dates I was historical given were pretty much adhered too rather than an automated push back system

Finally...

Today my app updated to show my VIN, had had my reg for about 10 days.

Order placed on 28th Jan and finally due to take delivery between 10th and 17th June.

I had put off moving tariffs untill closer to the time, so I'm ready to pull the trigger. Was daily set on IoG but seems it's not as it once was, and as a high milage user I see EDF have a bigger window, so has anyone had any issues with EDF?
