[VOD Review] Diamond Mai pushing for Master. Need critique on my decision making.

Hey everyone, I’m currently a Diamond Mai trying to make the final push to Master before the end of the year.

I know my execution isn't 100% perfect yet, but I’m looking for high-level critique on my gameplan. Specifically:

Defense: What glaring bad habits do you see when I'm on wake-up?
Missed Opportunities: Are there moments where I could have pushed an advantage but played too passively?

Any brutal honesty from Master players is welcome. Thanks!

update: Hopefully I can get some training tips as well for breaking my bad habit of jumping so much.

I'm currently a bronze wolf in COTW, i play as Marco, To be honest, I’m still kind of a beginner at this game (since I come from Street Fighter 6). I recorded a ranked match and wanted to ask the more experienced players in the game what they notice about the way I play—any advice, feedback, or anything really.

I’ll go first:

Colt Walker (based on Chuck Norris)
Age: 48
Country: U.S.A.
Fighting style: “Ranger-Do” (inspired by Chun Kuk Do)
Cherishes: his cowboy hat and his undefeated record.

Storyline:

Action movie star and legendary martial artist, Colt has just broken all box office records with his latest film, “Delta Fury: The Lone Wolf.” Looking for a well-deserved break, he travels on vacation to South Town, where he ends up the victim of an attempted mugging. Just as he prepares to fight back, the intervention of Mai Shiranui and Andy Bogard changes his plans. Upon seeing the kunoichi in action, Colt experiences love at first sight.

With unwavering confidence and a massive ego, Colt completely ignores the relationship between Mai and Andy, condescendingly assuming the blond man is just a “bodyguard.” After receiving an invitation to the tournament organized by Franz Stroheim, Colt enters the competition while ignoring the legacy and background of Geese Howard. His one and only goal is to defeat Andy in single combat to prove his superiority and ultimately win the heart of his “ideal co-star.”
