Powerless regarding Yelp “currently not recommended” Class action?

Our Yelp page is dominated by negative reviews. Meanwhile, the “Not Currently Recommended” section is full of 5-star reviews. We don’t solicit reviews, yet Yelp’s algorithm treats legitimate positive feedback from real customers as fake or solicited.
No business escapes negative reviews. But Yelp’s algorithm is actively hurting ours.
Here’s a clear example:
Someone left a 1-star review that wasn’t for our company. It immediately went front and center. We couldn’t prove it wasn’t ours, and Yelp (like Google) rarely sides with the business. We responded politely and asked the user to remove it. Months—or years—passed with no action.
Finally the reviewer replied, “Sorry, wrong company,” and changed the rating from 1 star to 5 stars. The moment it became a positive review, Yelp’s algorithm moved it into “Not Currently Recommended.”
We’re at the end of our rope. We have no control over how our positive reviews are suppressed or how the overall mix of feedback is presented. The health of our business is being dictated by a flawed algorithm, and that’s unacceptable.
Has anyone discussed a class action against Yelp over this? At the very least, they need to eliminate the “Currently Recommended / Not Currently Recommended” system

A6 interior?!

I’m sure I’m late to this party…but the death of Audi elegance and sophistication has me depressed.

My mom owned a 2012 Audi A8l, and that car oozed quality, luxury, sophistication…and gave you a feeling of prestige. Luke a moving country club.

HOW could this possibly be the new A6 interior? It looks more like a Honda accord now?
They should have just kept the old interior. It would likely have sold better than this plastic economy car interior.

My question is…are true luxury cars now largely out of reach? Is Bentley now the threshold you need to reach to experience real quality? Bentley interiors remind me of what my mom’s A8l was.

Is Google just always difficult?

I’ve requested duplicate customer reviews to be removed with no success.
Their “support” just sends you in a circle.

Adding photos to our Google business page - they keep getting rejected with no explanation…and now I’m starting to add “posts” to increase our ranking and both posts were immediately rejected.

Am I doing something wrong?

Can anyone identify this cultivar of boxwood?

It has a VERY unique form and is very common in professionally landscaped yards in my city.
I specifically like that it grows with layered clusters of foliage…rather than just flat uniform rounded growth.

Would love to see the stained wood underneath

Several years ago I was having a conversation with a long time customer at my work. It turns out, her grandparents lived the in the sister to my house (an exact replica), one block over. Her grandparents lived in the neighborhood from 1920 to the early 70’s. She grew up visiting in the 50’s and 60’s.

I invited her over to see my house and it was a nice flash back for her.
She said my house is much lighter. She remembered her grandparents house had dark stained wood and dark Victorian decoration.

I still would love to see the paneling and banister stripped down and re-stained.

Looking for an experienced arborist in Richmond, Va for root flair issues

Hi all! I planted this beautiful deador cedar as a young and dumb homeowner. Thinking at the time that “mulch mounds” were what the “professional landscapers did…I buried the root flair, caused girdling roots, a lifted root plate, and (I believe) a progressive lean.

The tree about 2 years ago gained noticeable lean during a fall wind storm. It already had a slight lean, in part due to natural curvature of the trunk, but I believe the noticeable change, along with potentially progressive leaning, could be problematic.

I’ve founded a slightly lifted root plate, small girdling roots, and two small, one large, broken roots at the surface.

I’m hoping the tree is salvageable. It brings me so much joy.

It’s beyond me now, but I don’t know how to find an arborist who is actually qualified to help with these specific issues.

Looking to purchase 8 of these from homedepot. Is this boxwood blight starting on the tips? They’re in the sun likely at least 8 hours per day in the garden center. I’ve noticed the same thing at other Home Depot locations. Not sure about watering habit.
