Facebook account suspended for account integrity, do I have a chance of getting it back?
Hi everyone, my account was just suspended following an identity verification check with their video selfie. I just submitted an appeal with another video selfie and my ID. It has now been almost 24 hours.
I should also mention that I use a shortened version of my last name on my Facebook profile (and have been using it for over 5 years now), which might be why the system suddenly flagged it during the check.
They also disabled my Threads accounts with no option to appeal. They even disabled 2 of my Instagram accounts. I managed to recover one of my Instagram accounts, but the verification method was completely different than the Facebook one: I did it on PC, just uploaded a photo and my ID, and got it back in 5 minutes.
But for my Facebook account, still no news at all. I am dealing with a lot of anxiety right now. Has this happened to any of you, and will I actually get my account back? I've had it for over 12 years, there are so many memories in this account...
