AIO with LCD Screen: Which One Would You Pick? (Budget: 5-10k Philippine peso)

Or... which one are you using? I'm about to build a white PC with Ryzen 7 8700F processor and RX 9060XT GPU and I've been looking online to find some good quality CPU coolers that's around 5-10k pesos. The local shop I asked recommended Jungle Leopard Stellar Realm RS 240 (2,750), but I want an LCD where I can put GIFs. Please recommend some good ones you've used!

I've been loving Goodnotes 6 and Colla Note lately, but are there any new or fun note-takin apps you would recommend for someone like me who likes doodling and drawing on meeting notes? Lol.
