Eastwest JCB Card
Question lang, I used my JCB card to pay for my groceries at Supermarket last March 23. I immediately saw the two transactions in the Recent Transactions section of my banking app, but they remained in Approved status. My statement date was July 5, but those transactions were not included in my statement. Until now, they still haven't been posted, and they no longer appear in my recent transactions. They also were never deducted from my available credit limit. Has anyone experienced something similar or knows what might have happened to these transactions? For comparison, I used the same JCB card at the same Supermarket branch on March 30, and that transaction was successfully posted and appeared on my July 5 statement.
