Buying when markets closed

I need help understanding the buying when markets closed situation..

I tried reading it and im still a little hazy.

From what I understand, the price it's at right now is not going to be the price my shares would buy at on open if I place a request now?

Am i best just doing it manually when the market has opened vs placing it while closed?

Pcp guaranteed minimum value

When i do get round to buying one.. i have the option to either buy it outright, saving myself the 3k or so in interest but then having no ability to return it at the end and trying to sell a fairly high mileage (80-100k) car.

Or, do a pcp, pay the interest but have that safety net.

Curios on how people have got on with selling higher mileage ones?

Eqa250 speaker upgrade *UK spec*

Im looking at buying an eqa250 (2021/2022) i need advice on upgrading the speakers

Ive currently got B&O speakers in my audi a3. Even the upgraded sound system in the EQA doesn't come close.

Has anyone upgraded the speakers on these? Im not looking for some crazy boot build, I just want something on the same level as my current speakers.

Online is giving me conflicting info, these never came with burmester right? Do they even have a subwoofer? If so, where is it? Normally its in the boot, but the battery is there on these..

If you did upgrade, how much did it cost you? Any kits out there you recommend? Presumably the main first thing would be to upgrade the amplifier, would this have to go in the boot?

Dump my Aviva shares and invest in global equities?

Ive got about £50k worth of aviva shares available (company scheme). The share price has tripled since covid. But its not been doing a whole lot the last year and has actually been pretty rocky.

Ive been thinking about taking them out and putting them into global equity for long term. Something like the s&p500 (recommendations on equities would be appreciated) what's the general consensus on my plan?

Eqa 250

Looking at getting an eqa. I rarely do long trips, so im not massively fussed about the range, but i would like to hear what people are realistically getting out of these.? I saw one review where it used half the battery in 30 miles? Seen other reviews saying to expect about 190 miles.

There is a 250+ for sale near me, so i could well end up getting the + variant for those occasional long trips

Cat flaps installed in pane of glass

Hi all,

Hoping for some input here. Im having a local window company come out on Monday to give me a price on making a new pane of glass for a cat flap to be installed in.

I need recommendations on cat flaps, thinking I'd probably go for a chip reading one.

I want one thats as least drafty as possible. Ive seen you can get ones with magnetic strips on to help with that?

Links, reviews and prices appreciated!

Thanks

Any advice for trying to date when you dont want kids?

For a bit of context, im 30, male, single, live alone and never had a relationship (bad start)

Im pretty sure like 95% sure i dont want kids (please dont get into asking me why, that's a whole separate thing).

I'd probably say that a vast majority of woman (at least in my experience) want kids and around my age are probably going to want to start thinking about having them soon ish?(next 5 years or so?)

Its starting to become a recurring theme where if they dont already have kids, they want kids or at least might want kids.

Now what I think im really actually wanting to ask here, is that anyone who's been in my situation(whatever gender), how have you come to accept or deal with this? I don't want to waste anyone's time in the hope they change their mind, but people's minds do change sometimes.

Its started to bum me out with how often this situation has presented its self and that I worry I'll only keep having this over and over.

Im a textbook overthinker, so im just trying to settle myself a bit.
