Permanent spocked brow

I had Dysport placed 1/8 of this year. The units were minimal. She attempted to give me a slight brow lift to help with my upper eyelid skin. Within a few days I noticed my left eyebrow raise, also my left eyelid was more exposed. It did not have the same effect on my right eyelid or brow. I am now going into month 6 and my left eyebrow is still spocked, noticeably higher and my eyelid is still exposed. Has anyone experienced this before? Any idea what could have caused this? I don’t take any medications, no pre-existing conditions. I’m starting to think this is permanent. Thoughts?

Relocating from Houston to Dallas w/15 YO son

Hi! I’m looking to relocate from Houston to Dallas. I have a highly independent 15 year old son. He currently rides his scooter/bike to piano lessons, gym, chess club, the library and to work. Walkability, public transportation and safety is important to me. Any recommendations for areas that might fit the bill, or that we should avoid? Thanks!

I have a potential client that has 14 open positions that they are needing filled.

9 are dentists, 4 are specialists.

They have allocated a budget of 8-10k per position and are willing to pay for any marketing or ads to help support efforts.

Te issue is this isn’t straight recruiting. They want everything done from their job boards, under their name.

This would also include setting up an ATS for them and customizing it to their needs.

They also need consulting on comp structure, job descriptions re-written - basically building from scratch.

How do I go about structuring this in a way that’s fair for both parties?
