What did they tell you about Halloween?

I remember we joined the church when I was about 7? Our first year at the church there was a huge deal about me not going trick or treating and the pastor said he'd give me candy instead. The church told us it was Satan's holiday and it was about assaulting little girls. They showed us a film.

Another episode of RSD (Rejection Sensitivity Dysphoria)

I'm 24, M, diagnosed with AuDHD. I got very interested in this guy that I had briefly spoken to at a party and now that he finally has my number, he hasn't messaged me. Edit: He got my number after we discussed my friend giving him a shirt I had that he liked. I put a sticky note on it that said "Hope you like the shirt! Send a pic of you in it ;) my phone number my name"

For as long as I can remember, I have felt the deep hurt from someone I really like not responding to me or someone not sticking to plans we made.

I go from super excited to super down in the dumps really fast. It feels like physical heartbreak.

Right now I'm going through an episode and I haven't gone through one in a while.

I want to crawl into bed and stay there until it passes. I don't remember what I did last time to get out of it.

Does anyone else experience RS? How do you cope?

We did picture day the other day and I said I'm just going to dress like I'm a preschool teacher, and my coworker said I never seen a preschool teacher dress like that and I'm thinking okay maybe kindergarten? I always imagine a cute get up with the different teacher themed things or book characters and all kinds of cute stuff like Miss frizzle. does anyone else have a perception of a preschool to kindergarten teacher?
