Using counterspell against PC's at level 7. How acceptable is it?

Kinda like the title says. My PC's will soon face a serious boss, whom they know is a competency caster. I'm contemplating whether to include counterspell in the kit. Team consists of a monk, cleric and sorcerer. Opinions?

Saving for Phrolova or get Aemeath?

New player here. With Aemeath coming up soon, and Phrolova having just left, I'm contemplating getting Aemeath. I don't care much about meta. I just like playing a flashy and aggressive playstyle. Should i wait for a Phrolova rerun and if so, how long would that take? Or just get Aemeath?

Vecna RAW

I'm sorry if this question has been asked her a billion times, but how do you guys run the final fight against the Archlich himself? I've been looking into the campaign, and unless I'm mistaken, Vecna seems quite weak compared to what the PC's can do by the time they face him. Again, maybe I'm just overestimating what the PC's can do at that level, so i just wanted to know your guys' experience

Is the Hand of Khaine extremely busted, or is it just me? You can kill a hero, fight twice and that EVERY single turn? Am i missing something, or does this heroic trait seem absurdly busted
