Deciding between getting a fe 3070 or a ROG Strix 3070, I have a 650w PSU (not the highest quality) and I hear that's what's reccomended for a 3070 but I also hear that you need a 750w for a ROG Strix 3070. Please help.

I'm looking at 3070's right now to upgrade and I'm debating whether or not to get a founders edition (which I like the look of) or a typical triple fan like a gigabyte. I understand the basic differences between the 2 and know the 40 series has really good fe cards, just wondering if that applied to the 30 series.
