What do I do with it Oracle?

What do I do with it Oracle?

Never cared about such things when every day is politically managed. It’s like “Hey! We made X amount of money, here is a little piece of paper for you” I don’t even care about this. Help me with money xD

Literally wasted 8 months in this project (no way out)

Working with extremely retarded client side SME and dumbfuck management of oracle.

I am literally so behind when it comes to learning and growth. I work in HCM implementation and these people are making me work in old Responsive UI while my other colleagues and literally everyone is leaning new things in redwood and ai agents.

The client comes with no knowledge and when guided properly they find it condescending and offensive.

Such a shitty life.

What is this chatgpt usage data?

Are these f*****s going to deduct the amount from the salary? What is this new bulls**t after promoting endless usage of AI in project?

Oracle HCM/Consulting Market in Germany

Im planning my higher studies after five years of work experience at Oracle. Given my budget and tuition fees, I have decided to move to a public university in Germany. Since I have some experience now, I wanted to check if I could work as a working student in Germany while studying, practicing my consulting and Oracle HCM skills for organizations there.

How is the market of oracle hcm there? I know the job market is pretty bad everywhere, but do companies there use Oracle HCM products as widely as they do in the UK, US, and Middle East?

P.S. I am open to learning German since my target is the September 2027 intake.

Target course: Msc Information Systems

My interview experience for PM role ( as someone from non-pm background)

bout me: I have 6 years of experience as an HCM implementation consultant. I hold a degree of B.Tech CSE, and I have no idea about coding apart from print(“hello world”).

My first interview:
Org: Workday

Workday was hiring for a product manager role who could handle their recruitment products. The interview went well from my end, and I was transparent that I didn’t have product management experience; but given the job description, the experience so far sits well. They usually asked me about the challenges with a tough customer, pushing back the requirements, and cross-collaboration. I was told that I would be going for the next round, and then the role was filled internally.

My second interview:
Organisation: A small startup from Gurgaon

The job description looked very operationally heavy rather than tech, so I was shortlisted. The first round was with the founder (he himself comes from a Finance background). The questions didn’t sound like he was interested in learning about me or my experience; maybe he was seeing my resume for the first time after discussing with the recruiter. He asked me about the challenges I faced in the past 6 months and what my action plan was. He was disappointed that I am not someone who knows how to build APIs, and it is understandable that he was looking for someone who has some development experience as well to push more features into his product, which works with the HCM platforms. I was prepared well, went to AWS marketplace, learned about his product with the documentation uploaded, watched the product workshop videos, and yet I didn’t qualify.

Well given i have submitted more 200 applications in the past 3 months and I have received interview invite only from 2 organisations. If you have any feedback for me how can I improve myself, I am all ears.

Approach for LOR (post 5+ years of graduation)

How do I ask for LOR (5+ years post graduation)

Hi, I’m planning to pursue a master’s degree in Germany. I’ve been working for the past 5 years since completing my bachelor’s degree. Many of the professors who taught me have since left my college and joined private organizations.
I still have a good relationship with some of my former managers, so I could ask them for Letters of Recommendation (LORs).
In situations like mine, how do people usually obtain LORs? Do applicants typically draft the letter themselves, send it as a PDF to the recommender, and ask them to review and sign it? Or do recommenders usually write the entire letter themselves and then share it with the applicant

qualifications: B.Tech CSE

I think I am done (small rant)

I have been working in the Oracle space for the past six years, but this project has completely shattered my confidence. The client brings more ambiguity than actual requirements, constantly deviates from the topic, and never lets anything wrap up.
The management on my team is totally incompetent, and there is absolutely no governance. I honestly think the VP is corrupt and is intentionally stressing people out so they will just resign and leave. I absolutely hate these people who draw their salaries like a fucking employee, yet act like politicians who own the company.

How much time does it take to APS India to reply to query sent online?

The title itself. Constantly refreshing inbox to see any information.

I sent a message to them on the website on 20th May 2026. I didn’t receive any information so far and I can’t find any other way to reach out to them.

I’m looking into applying for an Executive MBA program for an upcoming intake. I know most universities require an NOC from the employer to confirm they are aware of the time commitment. Has anyone here gone through the process of requesting an NOC from Oracle India recently? I’m trying to understand if there’s a specific HR portal workflow for this, or if it’s more of an informal discussion with my manager first.

If you are working in OSSI you may have heard about the recent HPR - it’s more like a performance review. Does it really have any importance in Oracle or is it just another formality to keep the circus going?
