I'm 23 M .

I have a sister who is 29F and as how, arrange marriages tend to go through the process of visiting and talking out with the family, I don't know what to talk and what to ask them and make them comfortable yet not sound bad. Basically I'm not good at this social talk.

As I don't have my Father, the responsibility lies with me as a brother and my Mom to talk out with them.

I don't wanna to sit there silently and make it awkward since my mom would go back and forth to tend with all the dishes and serving, and also my mom will suggest me to talk with them and sit there.

Any help, tips, tone of speaking, how to act , etc would be invaluable 🙏.

Edit : Whatever my sister decides / makes decisions, I'm 100% with her. I need advice on what to talk initially with their family 🙏. If the post sounds as if I'm going to take decisions for her, I'm sorry if it sounds like that.

I'm 23 M.

I've got a receding Hairline and Overall Hair thinning on my Head. My overall Protein consumption, exercise, Gym, Running, Scal Massages is On point.

My Vitamin D is borderline close and B12 is Normal, with TSH too.

I've attached Photos of Front, Back, Left and Right.

When I check my Hairline with the Fingers method, I get a 4 fingers on the corners and 3 in the front middle. I also have a lots of dandruff which comes faster than the times I wash my hair in a week. I grew my hair around my shoulder and front hairs below nose level and then I say how aggressive thinning was happening overall which was hidden in long hairs.

So, I decided to go to a dermat and visited two dermat's for their consultation.

DERMAT 1 : Prescribed me

Before this i told her sth about my friend who said to hop on Minoxidil and Finastride but only on dermat's Consultation since he is on this stack since 2 years.

DERMAT 2 : Prescribed me

I explained my situation and he checked my scalp. He said I have baby hairs still on my receding hairline, as well as Receded area via throwing light on my scalp. So there is scope. Also thinning is too much.

Now I was the one who asked them about Derma roller, but none suggested on their own.

The 2nd DERMAT said we can do sessions or you can do on your own with the application of Hair serum.

Based on my Judgement : I came to the conclusion that PRP is not that effective. And as a fresher who's still in his interview days cannot spend 6-7 ( 3K Medicinal Budget + 3K PRP).

Also, Bontress Pro Serum is the best out there as compared. The first DERMAT suggested Minox over a 1month period and the 2nd DERMAT is trying to Improve my underlying nutritional issues first over 15 days period.

Edit : Also the 2nd DERMAT suggested to buy Medicines over the counter rather than online, since online is cheap and not trusted (can be duplicate,Fake) and may not show results.

Also the hair loss that I'm dealing with I've been delaying the progression from 3 years and my hairline Receded in this year 25-26. I was neglecting by saying everything was fine but he'll, before anything further wreckage will be bad and it's taking a toll on my mental health as well so I went to visit DERMAT. Since it's constantly on my mind how my hair looks.
