For those who have been through a midlife crisis, how did you get out of/ deal with it while living alone?

I’ve wanted to talk about for a while but find it difficult to put it in words. Lately there’s this feeling of emptiness or lack of purpose in life. I am grateful for what I got, I truly am. But sometimes this feeling just hits and it’s not a good feeling.

What’s your routine(s) you take great satisfaction in? For me, it’s slow mornings with coffee and soft music, reading slowly!

You guys?

No kidding. Really glad I updated to ios 18.7.8. Works better than I thought and the battery’s been good if not better.

I was on ios 16 for a quite long while before I decided to pull the trigger!

Current set up for my office and reading space. Feel like not using the best of space. How would you do it differently?

I do have some preferences. I like my desk not facing the wall, and a reading chair next to the window.

But any suggestions are appreciated!

What do you like to do to unwind after a long exhausting day of work?

I love just putting on some soft pop music in the background and look at the tree view outside!

What about you guys?

I’ve become too invested with work recently. Always have it in my head, checking email for replies and stuff. I work from home, so the laptop is always accessible.

What did or do you guys do to balance life out? Anything you tell yourself every day after work?
