Sale delivered today, but won’t be available in my “depop balance” until MONDAY (despite the app vaguely saying it’ll be available after delivery) And then another 3-5 days after monday for it to transfer to my bank account? Wtf happened.
Honestly I am just complaining. It’s immensely frustrating and the traffic on depop hasn’t been the same as it was prior to these changes.
The increased fees PMO too. I provide my own shipping but sometimes it hardly covers that after subtracting the payment processing fee + boost fee (if boosted). From 8% to 12% is a 50% increase (I think?) just fucking greedy.
As someone who occasionally shops on depop, I have no interest in buying on there lately seeing as the additional fees have driven up the prices sm, I feel like I see less enticing items as well like the changes are decentivizing sellers from listing on their app. It feels like they’re trying to run Depop into the ground.
If anyone has recommendations for moving to a different resell platform, please feel free to share 🙏🏻
