Big shout out to my early morning runners, especially in Beaver Falls. Cool to see so many runners and like me, wanna be runners, out there getting their miles in when it’s still dark out. Those stars.

Also, special thanks to the people that don’t mind acknowledging each other with a fist pump or wave. Remember, when people encourage others it’s not always weird, some folks are just nice.

No matter how many times I make pasta, no matter the sauce, it always tastes better the second day. Am I alone in this and if I’m not, why is that?
