Near trimurti chowk is there any place for morning walk /jogging / exercise

I have recently moved here and findig some places for running but its just jungle of houses . I cant see any open space in this area . If you know then let me know.

Is Doing BCA from BAMU university Worth it??

Last year my senior who got 90 percentile in MHTCET exam , has not taken admission in any B.tech collage in city. Instead they choose to do BCA from BAMU university. I dont know why he did it. Is doing BCA from that university really worth over doing b.tech from tier 3 collage of city??

Need an opinion on DEIMS Collage.

Based on my current CET marks I think a I have only option which is DEIMS as it is near my home. Doing my Research on Collages in Maharashtra many people warned me to do not Admission in DBATU Affiliated collages. As DEIMS is also affiliated with DBATU but at the same time it is also autonomous. so, i am confused???? Hope you share your experience
