How do you keep track of the matched bets?

I used spreadsheet but it slowly turned into a mess, but I don't want to pay for Outplayed or other tools.

I am curious how everyone else does it.

I failed 3 times finding a staff in an underground station, to link my railcard to oyster.

They said I should come weekdays 10am - 3pm, and only a manager staff can do it for me.

Any chance to increase my odd? e.g. Which station and time, I can get a manager.

I just wanted to share a massive warning for anyone thinking about buying large furniture on Amazon.

I recently bought an office chair that needs to go back, because I never tried it and turn out it doesn't fit me. Because it’s a huge, heavy box, dropping it off at a parcel shop isn't an option, so I am forced to rely on home collection.

The customer service has been incredibly bad, they just reschedule a pick up again and again, with the same carrier. I rearranged this return multiple times, and the drivers just never show up.

• Evri is by far the worst offender for this—completely ghosting scheduled pickups. Customer service completely blocked. Evri pickup, never shows up.
• Now Amazon is trying to hand it off to DPD, and it’s a constant battle of chasing customer support, repeating yourself, and wasting days waiting around for couriers who don't care.

If you are buying bulky furniture, make 100% sure you take the risk to keep it. This is the lesson I have learnt.
