Do the white scars use Invictor Tactical war suits?

I know a dreadnought is against the way of white scars. Takes their ability away to feel the wind as they ride. But invictor battle suits don’t have them be locked into them, so do they use them? My next army will be white scars and I wanted a more lore like one. So I wanted to know if they used them.

Would anyone help with some ideas or tips to throw at story to help fluff it?

I’m creating a somewhat small campaign I want to range between 4-7 sessions. My friend is running our main big campaign and has a season 2 in the works, but needs someone to dm for a while to finish it. I’ve DM’ed a couple of times so I got some good bearings under me. I have a rough idea of what I want this campaign to be like with some lore thrown in there. At the bottom I’ll have the lore and ideas written in \[ \]. Stories are a creative process that can need multiple inputs. So it’ll be a medieval fantasy setting, normally dnd no space stuff (even tho part of it comes from a space ship but that’s explained) The main idea is that a parasitic like fleshy blob mutates someone into the original host. It’s not really a hive mind but the original host senses everything and is connected to everything so in a sense yes but the others aren’t connected to eachother. They are going to be fleshy abominations with bones and horns and mutated body parts, and the longer they person or animal is infected the stronger and bigger it gets. How I want the story to go is with humanity nearly extinct, someone sets to get a small milita ready to go kill the original host at the center of the infection. The party will be part of that milita group and through encounters slowly be the only ones left while learning stuff. The one leading the charge against the og host is the spirit of the man who was originally taken over by the parasite. He makes sure the party is strong enough and have the tools to kill him and stop the unending plague. That’s just the rough idea I have. any notes or ideas to add to the story would be much appreciated. Thank you to anyone who took the time to read this. Now I will copy paste the lore and notes I have written down

\[A man was once a humble farmer. Had two loving daughters, a strong capable son who always was at his fathers side, and the love of his life. A ship crash landed on his farm. It did some damage to his farm but things were fine for the most part.
A vessel like this has never been seen before. Technological advances have never reached this far. He went to check it out and saw an alien species climb out speaking something he didn’t understand, then it collapsed and died. He went in to investigate to see if any other survivors were there, as he went in he found nothing but dead bodies in a room that resembled a lab or alchemy area. In it was the fleshy glop that moved fluidly but was solid. Bones and horns sticking out of it with the flesh looking necrotic and diseased. While looking inside he didn’t realize the containment. For the flesh thing wasn’t fully sealed. As this thought crossed his mind, the fleshy blob stretched out part of its body and shot a tendril at him with lightning speed. It continued to latch onto him more and more as his body began to be enveloped. His body began this construed and twist. Bones growing and sticking out. Horns breaking out of his body in random locations. After being brutally disfigured, he was trying to fight through the pain when all he heard was a loud yelling. FEED. SPREAD. FEED. SPREAD. FEED. SPREAD. The voices so loud he couldn’t comprehend anything anymore. His own body fought against his will and began to seek out the nearest food. Unfortunately for his family, they came to check on their father.\]

\[117 years have past since the initial crash landing causing the infection. Nearly all of civilization has been wiped out. Ways to stop the infection has been tried but nothing worked. Some areas have been able to keep some at bay but it work work forever. Resources are slim. Everyone is scrounging around to do what they must. One man decided he was going to lead a group of warriors into the heart of the plague and end this once and for all. Even if it meant his life. If it wasn’t completed, the world would end.\]

\[The fleshy goop is a engineered biomass that was accidentally created. It’s a parasite that spreads like a plague and takes over the host body while keeping them alive. It distorts them and causes excruciating pain. The alien that crash landed were taking to dispose of it in a black hole.\]

\[The original man who was infected became a deity like host for all that were spread too. He’s the original one that connects them all.\]

\[The more infected the stronger he is\]

\[His spirit comes out and fights with a group to kill himself. He first trains them to make sure they are ready\]

\[Nearly all civilizations is wiped out and is on near brink of extinction\]

\[A tribe of Kenku (crow people) practice ritual magic that comes from their ancestors that keeps the most of the hoard away. But in stronger areas or areas of bigger populations the ritual doesn’t work.\]

Need help finding what handgun to get

Hi there. I’ve been interested in getting a handgun and I don’t know where to look. I’ve shot a .357 and a Glock 19 before. I preferred the .357 way more than the Glock. The Glock felt weird while the .357 felt really nice. Eventually I’ll get a .357 but I want a normal handgun atm. My brother-in-law mentioned to me looking at Smith and Wesson or Sig. also said to look at 10 MM for the same feel as .357. But I’m also interested into 9mm. So I’m here to get some more opinions

What’s some of your craziest strategies or tactics that you’ve pulled off?

Mostly looking for interesting stories or just tactics that are weird or unorthodox that you did in a game.

What are your battle strategies and/or tactics that you use

I was just wanted to see what fellow tau players lean more towards with battle tactics and such. I only play casually with one friend that’s a necron guy. So I haven’t had too many other scenarios. So I’m interested into your suggestions. Either that or must bring units for specific roles. I do know the meta is triptide with 3 devilbreachers, but that doesn’t seem tooooo fun. So I want to see some fun or great strategies and tactics you use.

New to white scars and space marines. What units should I get?

So it’ll be a while before I am able to join the white scars. I still have my tau army I want to paint before getting another faction. However, in the mean time I wanted to know from yall directly what units I should get. I know for sure the speeders, but as I was looking at armies posted I thought people would have more? Idk it was my assumption like half the army would be bikes. Unless some people do it like that, so that’s why I’m here to ask. Thank yall for your time!
