Thoughts on the Heavy Bolter Eradicators.

Thoughts on the Heavy Bolter Eradicators.

Not a bad unit but nothing amazing either. If we are able to run them in Squads of 6 and a Biologis can join them, then I do see that combo with the Hunters Eye Enhancement being a popular option just for the number of shots they can do.

New Speeder detachment and Drop Pods

I might be absolutely out to lunch, but the new speeder detachment, combined with drop pods, looks like a really fun way to alpha strike your opponent's scoring /screening units with cheap units, or at the very least jail them behind a wall of cheap vehicles and marine bodies.

4 stormspeeders, 20 intercessors, and 2 drop pods is 1000 pts, and with the new speeder detachment can deploy with the pods turn 1. Fill the rest with scouts and more elite units to hold objectives.

Am i crazy or does this not look super fun?

WIP Typhon

Been playing around with how to use the cathay cannon bits for white scars. Could use some comments and criticisms. I've been thinking about something like this for a while. Barrel seems a bit too long for my tastes but otherwise the dragon bits don't fit without the extension. What do you all think?

Hey y’all, was just wondering if anyone knows any good Etsy shops for WS bits? I plan on getting some of the GW packs but I can’t find anything remotely decent otherwise. Thanks guys!

I posted this on the wh40k sub but the link was dogshit anyways gw or someone implement this

Imagine if there was a turkic themed white scars successor chapter that would have taken in terra and would have had diffrent companies each specializing in different classes(intercessors, devastators, etc) and each would be in key historical locations like anatolia, turkestan, cyprus, crimea, etc.
They woild probably have turqiose and gold as many color and they would have a crescent with stars as the symbol
Please someone draw it or smth and gw please add something like this l beg you
But dont you steal the idea, its mine its mine and mine

White Scars Judiciar.

Has anyone made a "White Scars" conversion of the Judiciar model and if so, any pictures? The original imo doesn't fit the White Scars theme and the original is too expensive to get at this time either due to scalping or having to by the GW box.

Chaplain on Bike

Has anyone tried converting Suboden Khan into a Chaplain on bike? I plan on doing it this week and want to see some inspiration? (I bought 2 combat patrols)

Day 18 of Celebrating Asian & Pacific Islander Heritage Month in Warhammer40k: Jubal Ahn-ezen, The Lord of Summer Lightning, The Death That Comes With Laughter

Artworks by Daniel Caballero and Marta Dettlaff

The moment Jaghatai Khan laid eyes on Jubal he knew he was destined for greatness. Though he was Terran born, he held true to all the ideals of Chogorian people. The way he looked, the way he fought, the way he carried himself, even the way he drank. Jubal was one of those dudes that brought good vibes everywhere he went and got along with all the friend groups lol. Jaghatai saw him as the ideal White Scar and wanted more warriors just like him. Jubal was the Khan of the Brotherhood of Summer Lightning, and was sent off in an exploration fleet. Throughout that time, his reputation grew, he was on par with Astartes such as Sigismund, Lucius and Savatar. He was HIM of the White Scars, even more famous than Shiban himself.

When he returned to the rest of the legion, brother was fighting brother and the imperium was collapsing in on itself, and he was plunged into the fight instantly in the middle of the Heresy. After the unfortunate passing of the leader of the Keshig. Jaghatai selected him as its next leader, but Jubal felt somewhat not qualified for the role and thought Shiban would be a better choice. Jaghatai still gave him the same rank as he said he possessed the “Ineed” the kill of cheerfulness. Not just fighting with hate and fury in ones heart but bringing artistry to the battlefield. He split the command structure. Jubal was then given a new name and title of “Ahn-ezen” and became The Master of the Hunt. Attacking and killing all those who are enemies of the White Scars.

To read his story read “The Path of Heaven” by Chris Wraight and “The Solar War” by John French.

The bladeguards stand ready.

Kor'sarro Khan finally has a squad of 6 bladeguards to lead. 3 was basically useless.

Suboden Khan gold trimmed shoulder pauldrons?

I thought Veterans and Captains were supposed to have red trim?

Is it just an artistic choice from the painters?
