Got this sharp qt-cd5 and everything with the radio and cassette player work but for some reason the cd player will suddenly stop and start spinning counter clockwise, any tips on how to solve this?

I’m trying to make a list of Kaijis patches and so far I have 3/5 but I haven’t found anything on Kaijis two blue patches, the far east one on his right and his blue circle patch with two in the patch. Does anyone have any info/ any lookalikes
