Building a tool so you don't have to guess anymore — video in this post

Hey — I'm building an app for partners of people with PMDD, because I know how hard it is to tell "she's mad at me" apart from "her nervous system is in fight-or-flight and it's not about me at all." Made a short video explaining it instead of typing a huge post. I'm building the real working app right now and want partners' input specifically — you're the other half of this and your feedback matters just as much as hers. Waitlist link is in my bio if you want early access. Full transparency: I'm the founder, I have PMDD, this is my actual project.

No personal information is required. The prototype and feedback form are in the first comment.

A quick shout out to the partners 🤍

A huge thank you to all the partners who have taken the time to share their experiences, ask questions, and be open about what it’s like supporting someone with PMDD ❤️

When I started working on this idea, one of the biggest things I wanted to understand was not just what women experience, but also what their partners go through — the confusion, the helplessness, and wanting to support someone you love but not always knowing how.

I’ve created a small prototype focused on helping couples better understand each other during these difficult moments. It’s still in the early stages, and your honest feedback means so much because the goal is to make something that is actually helpful.

If you’re willing to take a look, I’ll put the prototype and feedback form in the first comment below.

Thank you again for sharing your stories and helping me learn. ❤️

Designing a "Relationship Translator" app for couples navigating intense hormonal shifts (Menopause, PMDD, Postpartum, PCOS, Endo). Need partner feedback!

Hi everyone,
I am a diagnosed PMDD in my 40s. Having navigated severe hormonal shifts firsthand, I know how incredibly difficult it is for partners to navigate sudden phase changes, interpret what is needed, and know exactly how to show up and support without feeling like you're walking on eggshells.

I got tired of the communication breakdowns, so I designed a prototype for a relationship translation tool called "In Her Corner." It takes a 5-second daily check-in from the person experiencing the condition and translates it into direct, actionable insights and reminders for the partner based on their current phase or life stage (whether it's PMDD, luteal brain fogand mood swings, postpartum exhaustion, or perimenopause rage).

The goal is entirely about promoting clarity, connection, and harmony so you can work together against the common enemy instead of each other.

>The feedback form is 100% anonymous because health privacy is paramount. I really need to know if the partner side of this prototype makes sense to you, and if it would actually help bring you guys closer together on tough days.

PROTOTYPE & FORM LINKS ARE IN THE COMMENTS BELOW
Due to Reddit's spam filters blocking direct links in new posts, I have pasted the direct links to the Clickable Prototype, the Anonymous Google Feedback Form, and our Secure Waitlist right in the very first comment below. Please look there to try it out!

P.S. I am actively looking for a passionate UI/UX co-designer or technical partner to help me build this into a real app. If you are a developer or designer who wants to help solve this massive gap for couples, please reach out via DM!
Thank you for your time, your insight, and for supporting your partners.
