do you get arrested for not picking up dog poop???

ever since i got my dog in the game a couple days ago there’s been a few times where i randomly have the cops after me. I think it’s bc of the dog pooping in the places i go into just from what i saw on the most recent one

what teeth whiteners do you recommend for sensitive teeth?

I have very naturally yellow teeth and they’re really sensitive. I also have ridges in my teeth so they’re pretty cavity prone. I asked my dentist for some recommendations and he just told me not to use whitening tooth paste but didn’t say anything else and had to go since he had another exam to do
Should i just avoid teeth whiteners or are there ones that are more “healthy” than others?

Recommendations for a gift for a friend 20f who just went through a rough couple of months

I just reconnected with one of my friends from high school and she told me about some traumatic things that have happened to her and I want to get a little gift basket for her.

I was already planning on getting her a candle and a hand lotion since I remembered she always had those in her room or on her. I just feel like those 2 things aren't enough and I'm not sure what her preferences are for food and everything

Whats your favorite health tracking apps?

I'm 20F and starting to take control of my overall wellbeing, but I'm also terrible with sticking to diets, exercise, etc. I figured if I had a good app(s) to track those things it would make it easier

I'm looking for a habit tracker mostly, maybe one with a little guy I have to care for on it because then I'll feel bad if I don't do it and care for the little guy. If there not one like that though I'll take any other suggestions!

I'd also be interested in physical trackers like a planner or something, I just know if i have to set it up the tracking system I won't do it or take to long perfect it that I'll just give up since that's what I've tried in the past

What day is everyone on and how much progress have you made?

Just curious to see how different people play and what they do!

I'm on day 88 and am just starting the second chapter, I spent a lot of them just exploring, making deliverys, or playing golf to make more money

Looking for any advice on health, wellness, and fitness, and starting from nothing

Hi! I'm (20F) looking for any fitness/wellness advice. I've never really watched out for my health and fitness and have never really had a routine before so this is all new to me. Like genuinely I have never consciously watched what I've eaten, had a set exercise routine or even did it for more than sports growing up. Drinking water was occasional and not everyday for me since I wanted to drink stuff with more flavor (I have started to try and drink 60oz of water everyday before I have soda or juice). I have never had a skin/haircare routine, and I've always kinda just done with whatever I had at the time. I just never cared enough about myself to prioritize my health

Not to use it as an excuse, just to explain, I have ADHD and other related disorders (I'm still getting tested and working with psychiatrists to confirm it's ADHD and they want me to test for depression, OCD, and anxiety) so I'm getting on medications (adderall for a couple months and just switched to wellbutrin) and it has given me a little motivation to do and be better after noticing the difference on meds vs off. I feel like when I'm on meds I notice everything that feels unhealthy so much more which is good but it's starting to make me feel bad about myself since I've never really taken care of myself. It could explain my laziness with my health growing up, but I just always prioritized outward facing things like how others perceive me and what I've done was always enough to get by. I want to start prioritizing the inward views of myself rather than what others think

After starting college, I lost a bunch of weight (-20lbs) due to stress, then began stress eating (+70lbs) instead, THEN dealt with a bunch of family issues and loss that I became so anxious and depressed that I yet again lost a bunch of weight (-60lbs) because I just couldn't keep anything down over the few weeks that everything transpired. After that I've been on a big mental health journey and while I am still working on that, I also want to start looking after my physical heath bc I feel like I'll feel better mentally if I feel healthy.

I just got back to around my healthy weight again. I currently hover around 130lbs but before all this happened I was usually around 140lbs and I'm 5'2" so I still have some weight to gain to get to my average that I was at before.

My whole point is that I want to use my weight being down to my advantage and try to build muscle weight rather than just fatten myself up again. I've always been a little chubby, but more so because I had zero muscle not because of the weight itself. I'm okay if I'm not ripped or toned everywhere but I want to FEEL healthy, instead of weak, tired, and bloated all the time.

I've finally saved up enough money where I know I can afford a gym membership for an extended period of time and can buy other products to help better myself. I currently eat terribly bc I have the taste buds of a 5-year-old and I'm extremely picky when it comes to food, but I just started eating eggs and chicken a lot more so I have more protein than what I usually eat. My skin and hair also aren't the best, both are just really dry and lack life. I have some fine lines on my forehead and smile lines but I'm guessing nothing topical can change those. I'm basically picking myself apart but I think it's okay since I'm doing it to try and be healthier

Sorry this was super long but thank you if you read all the way through it! Any suggestions on how to stick with a routine, what routines to do, meal plans, advice, or stories are all appreciated and welcome!!

Any recommendations for youtube/influencers to watch?

Hi! I'm (20F) just starting out and was wondering if there were any youtube channels or instagram/tiktok/etc. accounts that have good videos to watch and learn from. I've been going off random videos and pictures but I want to find the best ones I can. It also can be a little confusing looking at just the pictures and trying to figure out the correct form. I'm focusing on full body stretching, but I'm hoping to get all of my splits back and work on my back more to ease my lower back pain and help my posture

Any recommendations/advice for flexibility training?

I'm trying to get my flexibility back along with starting to go to the gym more often and was wondering what the best way to go about it was. Should I just stretch longer before and after workouts? That's what I've been doing but I've been thinking of using one of my off days to start incorporating yoga or just stretching. My current split is LULUL and 2 days for active rest, I usually just walk or go for a jog. I'd also love any recommendations on where to look more into this or youtube videos, anything like that. Any advice or recommendations would be appreciated, thank you so much!!!

I'm 20F and did all online courses this semester after leaving my last university. I've been looking into transfer schools but I'm so scared to start over and have it be the same as my last school. I wish we were able to talk to actual students rather than the ones paid to talk up the school. (The next 2 paragraphs are basically just background/me ranting so feel free to skip)

At my last school, during my visit and everything I loved it, it made me drop my top school at the time because I loved the campus and they made it seem amazing as they're supposed to do. They mentioned how there was a lot of school spirit towards sports (in MAC conference), easy to get into research labs, and amazing turnover for jobs. They even had a board of students come out and talk to us it seemed great and honestly I think I would've adored the university if it was closer to home and more like how they made it seem. I liked that it was a D1 school in a smaller conference bc I knew I wouldn't have to pay to get into games and in high school I LOVED going to the games, it was just fun to cheer my school on. And I want to go into research for my career so the part about research labs intrigued me.

Turns out it was all a lie! Not actually, but kind of for me. No one ever went to the games, and my friends never wanted to go with me either. It felt weird going alone since there wasn't really an established student section, for the most part everyone tailgated before the game then went to the bars to watch it even tho. My first semester I just emailed neuroscience professors for their research labs. after I had no luck I emailed all of the Neuro, bio, chem, and psych professors who's labs sounded even somewhat interesting weekly for the first half of the semester the next 2 semesters. Still nothing. I got 3 professors out of 46 to even respond to me and 2 of them were my professors already AND I STILL DIDN'T GET IN. So I decided to transfer because I needed to be bale to get research experience and I wanted an environment I enjoyed more plus it turns out those friends I had weren't the nicest to me.

Overall, this is a long rant to basically say I don't want to be blindsided by a university again, and it makes me so nervous to go back next semester. I've been debating making posts on the facebook groups for each university I'm considering, basically asking to get to know people or ask about the university but I didn't know if that would be useful at all. Any advice/tips/comments would be greatly appreciated thank you!!

Im 20F and recently lost about 50lbs. I already had smaller breasts before (B34) but now they've shrunk (~A32 I measured myself and I'm not fully sure if its an A or AA) with loosing weight. I like my body overall but I'm kinda sad that I lost my curves that I had before. I've already started doing glute workouts, RDL's, ab/adductions, and split squats, but I'm open to any more suggestions! I'm just nervous about focusing on chest workouts as my cousin workouts everyday and said hers decreased in size after rather than increase.

I know there's a bunch of tiktok stuff like "eat this food, do this workout, take this supplement and they'll grow!" But I wanted to see if anyone actually had anything that made their boobs grow a size without surgery. I just don't have the money for surgery and honestly don't know if I'd like it because I don't want them to feel fake or like theres something in there
