Please read this and help me !!

I just turned 20 a week ago and my hair is thinning by just looking at older photos

My hairline is good and not receding but my density is something I am concerned about (hair thinning and hair fall I guess)

Whenever I do shampoo , there are always about 20-30 hair strands that fall out and I am also noticing hair fall and this is happening since last 7-8 months

I was growing my hair and started noticing a gap in my hair ..... I got a haircut and then I found out I have

SEBORRHEIC DERMATITIS AND FUNGAL SCALP issue

I got to see my dermatologist and he confirmed this disease

What he prescribed -

ketoconazole shampoo 2% every alternate day

Ketoconazole lotion 2% twice every day

Fluconazole tablet once every week

Levocetirizine hydrochloride tablet one everynight

Lymecycline capsules one everynight

I know I will be fine because of my dermatologist but he told me that everything's happening (hair thinning and hairfall) just because of this my scalp issue otherwise everything is fine and all things will be better if  I cure this......ANY ADVISE REGARDING THIS DISEASE AND CURE THAT YOU WANT TO SHARE I WILL APPRECIATE IT

But I want to reassure and help from you guys to restore my hair and make my hair thick just like before
