eBay of course then found in my favor as the item was shown as delivered to their address via USPS tracking. After the case was closed, the buyer immediately requested to return the item because it was "damaged". The item they purchased was a 30 year old VHS tape which had a ripped part on the front of the cardboard cover. This rip was shown in the listing photos. I told them I'm not sending a refund. Now it's in eBay's court again. This person just really seems to want their money back. At first claiming they didn't receive it and then claiming it was damaged after "I didn't receive it" didn't work. Anyone else dealt with this type of buyer?

Yeah I loved the Barkley Suns in the mid 90s as a kid and I just kept them as my team through all the ups and (mostly) downs because I don't like a bandwagon or frontrunner fan and didn't want to be one myself. Now the owner rubs me the wrong way and in all the recent seasons since the Finals appearance it's been a race to the bottom it feels like. Trading away the heart and soul of the team to get KD. Now they've signed a wife beater. I think Booker is good but he's not a #1. You're not going to win anything with him as your best player going forward. Being an Atlanta Hawks fan makes a lot more sense because I've been to Atlanta dozens of times since the mid 90s when I went to my first MLB game there at the old Fulton County Stadium. And I like visiting Atlanta and genuinely have fun there to this day. I do live midway between ATL and Cincinnati though and the Reds are my baseball team even though they're trash for the last 30 years too. I'm in too deep to that fandom to back out. But I'm looking forward to following a team in my own time zone now in the Hawks.

Tl;dr - sick of the Phoenix Suns, switching away permanently.

I was watching the movie on demand on Pluto late last night and this didn't air as part of the movie. I was so floored that I dug out the DVD of the movie and put it on to verify that they'd cut it from the Pluto version. What a weird part to cut out.

In nearly any other developed country in the world this would be once in a decade news, but around here it's just another Saturday. Because the second amendment declares that regulated militias are necessary to the security of a free state, a random guy can shoot himself by accident in the parking lot of a school and that's just life.
