I’m an incoming Mechanical Engineering freshman and need to buy a laptop before classes start this fall. My university requires an NVIDIA GPU, and I’m looking for something that will comfortably last all four years of college while handling engineering software without any issues.

I’d also like something that’s well-built and reliable enough to last all four years of college without needing to be replaced. If possible, I’d prefer 32GB of RAM and at least a 1TB SSD.
