Substrate?

I have been doing research on substrate for adfs and I don't know what to get. Some say bare bottom, others say the reflection makes them stressed. Some say fine sand because it can pass through their system, others say it will still hurt them. Some say 5mm+ gravel, others say thats too small. And some say river rocks, others say that will be too many cracks food can fall in. Im so lost please comment what you use personally

I don't know what pet to get

I keep searching but don't know what pet I want. I want something easy to care for in a smaller enclosure, preferably diurnal. I've been looking at neon day geckos, I just am scared of it escaping whenever I open the door to replace the feeding cups and such.

What Frog Should I Get?

I'm a complete beginner and have never had a pet before. My brother has pet african dwarf frogs, but they don't seem right for me because I would be constantly worried about water quality, amonia levels, ect. I saw baby pacman frogs at a local shop and they were very cute, but doing further research I learned they grow huge (like the size of a small dinner plate) and you don't see them very often (burrowd most if the time) and I would like a frog/toad that I can see and watch. What is the best frog/toad for me?
