For me, Kanji is one of the easier parts of learning Japanese

I don't know what it is, but I am absolutely addicted to the SRS. I love leveling up in WaniKani and seeing words enter the Burned category. I love trying to guess what a word means based on the kanji I know that comprise it. I love having plenty of time to understand what a full kanji sentence reads like and means.

But when it comes to almost anything else with the language, I just don't feel as passionate. I get bored immersing in podcasts and have a hard time paying attention. I am very introverted and don't have any desire to practice speaking.

I don't know, does anyone else feel this way?

Does anyone else have their left hand left thumb key as the default - TAKE ME TO MAIN LAYER key?

I have like 20 layers or so now and anything that ever gets toggled always gets the left hand left middle key assigned to 'return to main'. Is anyone else like this?

Is there a way to use the analog stick / d-pad to switch between tabs?

I have an app that allows me to double tap the back button and that shows all your apps currently running (like if you were to swipe up from the bottom of the screen normally).

I just wish I could scroll through my apps without needing to move my hands to the top screen.

Do you lose your soul when you become a manager?

I am a staff and the other staff and seniors around me are on average the most genuine and down to earth people I work with. However, the managers and above constantly shame me for spending too much time on X, not doing Y fast enough, not communicating problems earlier (and then getting mad at me when I do communicate those problems earlier), not working enough billable hours (yet I'm supposed to bill 10 hours on a 40 hour client), and so on.

I'm scared of becoming a manager. I don't want to lose my humanity but I also like money.

How do y'all deal with impossible budgets?

I was recently scheduled 5 hours to complete a project and it probably took me closer to 30 hours to go through all that stuff. The manager got mad. Edit: grammar

3DS Tomodachi Collection Mii Issue

For some reason, when I boot into Tomodachi Collection on Azahar and get to the part where you start making a Mii, the Mii is crossed out and editing any features is impossible. The ROM is decrypted. This is a Japanese ROM. Also, not sure if related, but the Japanese ん character populates as a question mark.

Does anyone have any ideas as to what might fix this?
