I dont think UCC towers are worth 8k a semester so should i look for off canpus housing?

I am using liquid 5 percent minoxidil on my brows after using tretinoin. I have heard that it takes a couple hours for liquid min to absorb and I was wondering if sleeping on my side after the minoxidil dries (20 min) could spread to other sides of my face. I told this to chatgpt and said that its fine bc if it is dry its unlikely to transfer to my pillow. And also after the minoxidil dries (20 min) can I put moisturizer over my eyebrows? Thank you!
