Hi! I’ve been a very part time dog walker for a while, and wore Birkenstock sneakers, but I’ve recently switched to a local dog walking company and they have me walking like 9 mile days. Birks aren’t cushy enough. What do you guys recommend? I’m usually leery of the super tall cushy shoes (hokas etc) because of how easy it is to twist an ankle, but man I cannot feel like this at the end of days either. Help!
This also happened last year to a different grow bag, but it was roughly the same except pink? That one I identified as wolf milk slime mold, and I guess this probably should be too? I assume someone knows more than me and knows for sure! I’m just excited to see it :)
I’m looking for ceiling lights for in my apartment building’s storage locker, but all the ones I’ve been able to find turn on when there’s motion. Which means they turn on when the neighbor parks their car or leaves, because it’s just chain link fence between my storage and their parking spot. Which means the battery dies in a day or two. When I try any variation of searching “-motion sensor” or “no motion sensor” I still only get motion sensor ones because life is a nightmare.
I want the kind that stays off unless I specifically turn it on, which is weirdly hard to find? Rechargeable would be better but I’ll buy batteries if I need to. Needs to have a switch or remote because I can’t reach the ceiling to turn them on without a ladder. Thank you for helping!
Does anyone have recommendations for a liquid fertilizer that isn’t sooooo incredibly alkaline? Like I’m putting in the ph up stuff but good god, I ignore it for a week and somehow it’s more basic than seawater even though I got it to neutral after feeding. I get that this is user error and I should check more but like…can I use the powdered stuff I feed my blueberries with sometimes because that’s acidic?
Otherwise I’ve used the two step one that comes with lettuce grow, forgot the brand, Neptune’s harvest, Fox farm, and the aerogarden free sample from one of the early garden kits. They kinda all do this to varying degrees!
