Hii y'all I got iiserp in round 3 and have to report on 18th and pay the balance fees by 16th.but I can't report on 18th due to some family medical issues,so if I pay the fees and report late like 20th will they allow me? I already mailed them with my offer letter,pls help

Hi y'all so ik this isn't what iisers are made for,and ik everything about the academia and all that. So I just wanna which iiser is the best for film club?also which is best known for fests? I checked on social media and all of the iisers have a great filmclub account. I'm in a good position to get pune,bhopal or mohali,so if anyone here knows about the filmclub pls let me know!
