These platforms include discord, snapchat, and instagram. Any advice would be appreciated. I tried “forget password” on instagram and found the information that their gmail used is the same as this alias.

I am currently diagnosed with PSTD, MDD, OCD, and GAD and have been for several years.
Lately, Ive been feeling every single day and especially mornings this overwhelming dread that everything is bad and wrong. This is a feeling I sometimes get but there has been an uptick lately. If anyone is open to giving me any advice or wanting to ask any questions and have a conversation please do. Its exhausting, every day I wake up I want to smash my head open just to make the thoughts stop. Ive fantasized for a whole now about just ending everything, but these feelings increase the intensity so much more. For a little more elaboration the dread gets a little specific sometimes concerning things like “maybe my partner is evil” “maybe none of my friends actually like me” and “maybe IM evil and dont know it” as well as thoughts like “Ill never get out of here” in reference to my mental health issues. Like a child in response I think things like “just leave me alone“ as if its some force attacking me when its just my thoughts.
So when I opened my safari today all my tabs were gone, then I noticed it wasnt allowed me to open any more. I tried switching to private and the app closed, doesnt even show up in my phone tabs as being an opened app when it does that. I cleared cache, I have no extensions, Ive reset my phone a handful of times now, and i have 2 gb of data. What can I do?
Ive noticed my phone has also been slow to download and load things.
