Locally both the xbox and playstation versions are the same price (I think this is a mistake). Double checking theres no reason not to go for the xbox version, my understanding is that it works with ps anyway (I will be using it on PC but just incase for the future).
Is there any visual differences (other than the word xbox on the dongle)?
My Cloud Alpha S I bought in 2019 finally broke (snapped and earpads falling apart) so snapped up the cloud III while I look at buying a more premium headset.
Other reviews say the Cloud 3 is similar in performance, just lacking bass/sub bass. I find this to be not even close to true, all noises are muddier on the Cloud 3 and its way harder to pinpoint enemies on FPS games (Tested R6S and CS2). Maybe the newer version of the alpha S is also terrible and so thats why reviews are similar but is this really the new low HyperX has fallen to?
I am praying there is something here I am missing, I have tried EQs, DTS, Windows sonic and all drivers/firmware is up-to-date.

One thing I have noticed is that it sounds slightly less muddy (on bass and trebble) using my Alpha S dongle, but still not nearly as good. Using that dongle means no EQ can be set though and audio is not directional
I want to put together a home server that will be doing a range of things for me and my family to use:
Ideally I want this to last a minimum of 5 years without upgrades required and it should be able to do this all simultaneously.
The current (general) specs I have in mind is:
CPU: 9700x
GPU: None (might add my 3080 down the line when I upgrade)
Ram: 64GB DDR5
Power supply: 750W
I understand this might be overkill but wanted peoples general opinions. Most parts would likely be sourced 2nd hand
Found this page for the Maxwell 2 ANC variant with an ETA of late July. Not sure if this is new information but it appears maxwell has given a rough estimate to stores.

I keep receiving the error "e0670a01" for bad hardware/anticheat and then the game crashes. Very certain im not hacking and no ban has been put in place, does anyone know how to fix this? It only happens in ranked as well, not sure if that changes anything.
