I have received a 149usd charge on my credit card although I have not placed any orders and have not received any product from hers.
I tried to contact them but the support page on the app does not seem to work or get me to an option if discussing billing.
Does anyone have seen these unauthorized charges or any clue how to get support from hers?

Does the interview appointment notice come only through physical mail or would it be visible also via the USCIS account dashboard?
