Please focus on your mixing

Mixing is the easiest part of DJing.

I understand sound selection is important, but please learn and practice mixing. There are always a handful of people who notice your jittery transitions, but they don't make a fuss about it. But they do notice. Practice as much as you can; stop underestimating it.

How do I bring that body movement while DJing?

My mentor has no complaints regarding my playing; in fact, he thinks it's above average. But I'm told my movements suck and that I should open up more.

It doesn't matter in raves because people couldn't care less. But when I am playing in festivals, the reaction is awesome, but I wish I could add more presence to my performance for the sake of improving.

How to be honest with my doctor?

This may come across as a troll, but it's genuine.

Whenever I visit my doctor, I somehow leave out some parts and tone down my struggles.

It might be because the doctor is female and I risk losing my aura. But when I was in another city for a year, I was the same with male doctors; I underplayed it and denied some struggles in my life, probably because he'll think I am less of a man or a weak man, and I am spoilt and hypersensitive.

I think it is causing some kind of miscommunication, resulting in some inefficiency because I am getting worse.

I did mention physical abuse to that female doctor before (at the starting stage of my diagnosis), and she said that many people go through that; consider it as past and forget it. After that, I became really impulsive and started regretting why I shared that. Also, felt stupid and hated myself for at least a week. Maybe that is preventing me from sharing with doctors? How do I overcome that?
