Edit: Thanks for all the insights. It good to have different perspective. I actually saved around twice a brandnew vios for cash but still I cant still push myself to buy it since ako breadwinner ng family and I have no fall back besides my 12 months EF aside from that liquid cash.

JUST WANT TO TAKE THIS OFF MY CHEST BECAUSE ITS BEEN HEAVY FOR ALMOST 2 YEARS NOW SINCE I FOUND OUT THAT MY EX LIED TO ME ABOUT HER PAST.

We met around Aug 2022, getting to know then one story that stuck to me is that one of her bosses was flirting with her. Take note that guy is already in his 50s. She describe him as someone who looks like an old american guy. I ask more details about it but she just shrugged it off. Saying that nothing happened between them and she shut him off.

I had a gut feeling about it so I dig deeper on my own, I found out that they went to the same 2 star hotel on 21st of January and 21st of February 2021. First time they stayed for only 3 hours and second time they stayed from 9pm to 4am.

I confronted her about it and thats when the relationship started crumbling. I convinced her to tell me the 'truth', saying the first time they went there the guy tried to kiss her in the lips but she resisted and was asking her to come up but she stood her ground and they stayed in the parking lot for 3 hours and then the second time is the guy showed her his .45 gun that why she obliged to come up and check in with him. She told me that nothing happened between them and she just stayed awake sitting in the corner of the room while the guy showered and slept from 9pm to 4am.

I really wanted to believe her but until now Im having nightmares about it.

After a year when I found out, she broke up with me but since the time she told me about it the relationship was never the same anymore.
