Does anyone have their 6 year olds doing jiu jitsu?

I’m considering putting my 6 year old son into classes. But don’t know if it’s too young to start or if I should focus on something else right now. If your children do or have done jiu jitsu please share your experience!

Yay. Pinworms.

Just found out my 6 year old has pin worms tonight. It’s 11pm. I checked while he was sleeping in OUR BED yay!!! Anyways. I’m not familiar with pinworms or treatment. I initially thought I’d have to take him into pediatrician tomorrow. Does he need to miss school? Can you tell me the meds and what I need to do if you’ve dealt with pinworms before. I also have a 1 year old. Should I call the pediatrician or is this something I can take care of on my own? TIA

How often are you playing with your 6 year olds? And what are y’all playing lol

My son does a lot of pretend play. We pretend we are pokemon a lot and have battles together. He has a younger sibling that’s 1. So there’s a big age gap. Very much an only child mentality still. Pretend play has always been the bane of my existence but it’s ALWAYS been his preferred activity. I do it. But I’m looking for others experiences and maybe even suggestions lol. Tia

After school activities/family time for 1st graders or elementary school

What does life look like after school for your first grader? They’re still little but are you doing sports or after school activities? Coming home and watching TV with a snack to unwind? Playing outside? I think we need a better routine.

Divorced men

If you’re a divorced male and are happily remarried, what is different in the second relationship that makes it work better this time?
